About Extra-Mile Sierra Leone
Extra-Mile has worked in Goderich near Freetown for over ten years, recently building a secondary school. The charity provides all books, equipment and uniform for the poorest children whose families could not otherwise afford to send their children to school and pays salaries and offers training to more than 15 local staff. Money is needed to build 4 more classrooms and facilities to enable more pupils to fulfill their dream of an education which could lift them out of their crippling poverty.
