About YourStory

A world where every young person has the direction, the support, and the know-how, to realise their ambitions. YourStory provides 1-2-1 mentoring for young people and supports their families living with long-term health conditions. Through listening, YourStory’s expert mentors are able to understand an individual’s ambitions, the support they need, and the challenges they face. YourStory has 19 years of experience running projects in London and has extensive knowledge of the pressures young people face and how to help them gain agency and direction in their lives.
