Jacob and family to go on holidays Jacob since he been 2 years of age he been in and out of hospitals been to America 3 times for treatment he just had MRI scan waiting for results the doctors think he got cancer back they think he relapsed it's my nieces boy I would like to raise money to send them on a holiday they need a break as a family it been hard times with Jacobs health issues it's been hard few years for our family
