About VESA South Africa 2019 - Amy Gardner

In June, I'll be completing a volunteering project in St Lucia, South Africa with VESA. I'll be teaching English, basic sanitation and nutrition in schools. Also, I will renovate facilities and construct sustainable farming units, bathrooms and kitchens in the schools and orphanages. I will work in a sanctuary with crocodiles, cheetahs and other big cats. I am fundraising to subsidise the program costs which include hiring local tradespeople, building materials, and sponsoring local children.
