Apex Health and Wellbeing is a brand new community focussed non-profit organisation based in Rochdale, who are dedicated to bringing down as many barriers to health and fitness as possible be it financial, racial, cultural etc. But most importantly helping to bring people from all backgrounds together to conquer new heights of physical and mental challenges With help from donations from yourself, we can fund bigger, better resourced and better organised projects for our community
