About Aylesham Carnival Association

We run a local annual village carnival in Aylesham. The first recorded carnival in Aylesham was in 1929.We select a court of 6 girls (and 2 deputies) to represent our village throughout the year. They travel throughout Kent in various events and carnivals. Our court help raise money for our carnival and for local charities. The experience of being a 'princess or Queen' for Aylesham is one that the girls remember and cherish forever.
