About Blackdown Acapella Chorus

We are an all-female acapella four-part harmony chorus, in existence since the autumn of 2021. We began our first rehearsals with 15 members and have grown steadily to a chorus of 36, embodying our values of Respect, Team Spirit, Musical Excellence, Passion, Performance and Commitment, striving to become an award-winning chorus. We compete nationally but also contribute much to local life by singing at events, services and increasing the cultural offer in Chard.
