About Bridge Builder Community Trust Fund

The Bridge Builder Community Trust Fund is the charity arm of Bridgewater Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. Our aim is to promote and improve health and wellbeing across the North West. Through fundraising activity and donations, Bridge Builder strives to make a significant and positive difference to the lives of people in our local communities by providing small health & wellbeing grants to community groups, voluntary and other not for profit organisations with charitable objectives.
