About Bright Stars Youth FC

Bright Stars Youth FC was born out of the love for football. We aim to use football as a pathway to introducing boys and girls aged 6-12 to physical activities that help promote higher self-efficacy, healthy competitions. Physical activity is associated with numerous health benefits for girls, such as muscle and bone strength, health and fitness, improved quality of sleep and maintenance of weight. However, with limited availability of quality inclusive sessions, we want to change this.
