About Basingstoke & Alton Cardiac Rehabilitation Charity

Funds raised help us to continue our vital work improving heart health, fitness and well being. We are a charity, we are not part of the NHS and must raise some two thirds of costs.we operate from a specialist-led exercise centre in Alton, offering a range of different exercise programmes for heart health, both rehabilitation and disease prevention. In addition, we support older people wishing to age well, along with patients recovering from cancer and those awaiting joint surgery.
