Established in 2009, Cardiff City FC Community Foundation is the community arm and official charity of Cardiff City FC. 

We use the inspiration of Cardiff City FC to change lives and transform communities. Our vision is for people in our communities to achieve their full potential. 

By harnessing the power of football and leveraging the assets of the football club we aim to improve health and wellbeing, support learning and skills, and build stronger communities.
