About Changes - Change Together

Change Together is a group of young mothers fund-raising for their Duke of Edinburgh Gold expedition in which they will be taking their kids cycling in Holland on tandems. They will be the first young mothers to do this and are working really hard fund-raising to achieve their target of ï¿½£6000 by October for their practice expedition.
