About True Adventure Peru 2019 - Charlotte Kilpatrick

In June 2019, a group of Abbey girls are heading to Peru for three weeks. While we are there we will spend time acclimatising before trekking in the Andes and learning about the culture. We will also have the opportunity to take part in a variety of environmental and community based projects in remote mountain communities such as working with an orphanage, building classrooms, warehouse restoration and reforestation schemes. All projects are chosen in consultation with the community to ensure their needs are met.
