About Citizens Advice York and District

We are Citizens Advice York. We are a charity whose purpose is to give anyone who needs it free and impartial advice. We work hard to make sure our advice is informed and tailored to clients needs. We are generously funded by City of York Council and a number of small project funders but every year the gap in our funding has to be filled by fundraising.
