About Claremont Road social fund

Our Home offers 24-hour support to 12 adults with disabilities. We are fortunate to have a large outdoor space. We want to further develop the area into a fully-accessible sensory garden. It will include a water feature, seating area, raised beds for people with limited mobility to use and a few planters on castors so we can transport the garden indoors for those who prefer to do activities in their own space, enabling them to remain a part of the gardening team.
