About Community HeARTs

Community hearts is a group based in Ellesmereport we have been operating for nearly 12 months in a local community centre He help people who are experiencing mental health issues autism neurodiversity and grief. We are here to support through therapy crafts gardening help in the community. We also are an advisory service on matters related to supporting people with additional needs and helping them receive the funding available
