About Connors Toy Libraries

Connors Toy Libraries have been established in Portsmouth for 48 years providing support to all families of under-fives and families with children with special needs in Portsmouth by providing 13 weekly stay and play toy library sessions including craft, free play, story time, singing and a healthy snack. We provide extra support to families that are hard to reach and vulnerable through our early intervention and outreach projects.
