Children Today helps disabled children and young people achieve their full potential. We provide grants for vital life-changing equipment for children and young people up to the age of 25 with sickness and disability right across the UK. As a charity we strive to ensure that every disabled child and young person is able to fulfil their potential and lead a better childhood.
