About Disability Support - Nottingham

Disability Support (DS) is an organisation that supports over 6,000 people a year with long-term health conditions and disabilities.The services DS offer ranges from, benefits support, social clubs, helping people to stay independent in their own homes, transport to hospital appointments, small gardening jobs and employment support.DS is the only service in the City of Nottingham that supports disabled people, carers, and older people.We are raising to help with on costs like rent.
