The Eden Valley Museum was founded in 2000 as a museum for the community and visitors. Housed in a 14th century farmhouse in Edenbridge High St., it tells the story of the Eden Valley from its early origins to recent times, describing the topography, people, communities and trades. Temporary exhibitions expand upon different aspects of life in the Eden Valley. The museum has been developed by volunteers from the community with professional advice and is run solely by volunteers. Admission is free. The museum relies heavily upon donations by visitors to cover the daily running costs.
