About SLV Global Nepal 2019 - Emma Parker

As part of my course at University, I have been given an opportunity to travel to Kathmandu in Nepal and practice Midwifery, as part of my elective placement. I hope my time working within the teaching hospital in Kathmandu will contribute to this wonderful cause and continue the initiative. It will also enhance my own skills and knowledge, and give me a real insight into the experiences of pregnant women in Nepal and the availability of the help and support for them.
