The English Martyrs Church in Tower Hamlets is a Pugin designed church that hosts a mosaic commemorating the Abbey of Our Lady of Graces which was founded by Edward III on the site occupied by the former Royal Mint, following his surviving a storm at sea. Unfortunately this has become aged and the wall supporting it has been used by birds as a toilet eating into the wall making it deteriorate significantly. Therefore the church is raising funds to get this repaired and renovate the Mosaic.
