About Forget-me-not Chorus

Described as ‘a spa for the soul’, Forget-me-not Chorus (FMNC) supports those living with and alongside dementia through the power of song. Inclusive singing sessions in community, care home, hospital, and online settings empower participants to use and share their creative voice: improving health and wellbeing, challenging stigma, and bringing joy. Over 13 years’ experience have taken FMNC from one Cardiff-based pilot choir to an innovative, pioneering service now accessed across the UK.
