About Friends of Teso (Uganda)

We are a small registered charity based in Bishopâ€™s Waltham, Hampshire, England. We collect clothes for children and adults, books, bedding, educational materials, tools, musical instruments, medical equipment, sewing machines, bicycles, wheelchairs, other mobility aids and anything else that will be of use to those in the Internally Displaced Persons Camps in Central Uganda, those who have left the camps and are striving to re-establish self-sufficient communities, and those in the area who are working to help them. We send the donated goods to Teso in Central Uganda in containers paid for by our fund-raising activities.
