About Gas Street Church

Gas Street Church was once an industrial site for manufacturing gas. That gas was used to power the street lamps that illuminated the area surrounding this part of the city. This history has provided us with a compelling narrative to be a church that generates light for the city of Birmingham. In Matthew 5:14 (MSG) Jesus says, You are here to be light, bringing out the God-colours in our world. God is not a secret to be kept. We are going public with this, as public as a city on a hill."
