Havering Mind is an independent registered charity affiliated to National Mind (National Association for Mental Health). It is one of more than 200 local Associations throughout the United Kingdom. It offers a range of services and provides mental health information for anyone living in the Havering area. Its extensive range of services are friendly, confidential and aim to support individuals in their own recovery.
