About Herries School of Highland Dancing

We are a highland dance group based in Creetown, Dumfries and Galloway. Children aged from 3 years to 18 years attend weekly lass to learn dance, improve health and wellbeing and support each other in their passion for dance. The group take part in annual examinations, regular competitions and many public displays and bookings. At present there are 36 pupils in the class, we are fundraising to enable the group to take part in the international gathering of Scottish Highland dancing in November 2016 in Disneyland, Paris.
