About Hope4Mae

Mae Fox, a Doncaster girl, is 4 years old and has spastic quadriplegic cerebral palsy, diagnosed at age 1. Hope4Mae is fund-raising to realise Mae's wish to walk. Funds raised have so far paid for Mae to undergo pioneering surgery in St Louis, USA, to release her spasticity and enable her legs to function. Now we continue to raise funds for Mae's aftercare, and to enable Mae to take her next steps, to make her dream a reality. Thank you so much for your support.
