About Hope Community Foundation

Hope Community Foundation supports many of the most vulnerable people and the most disadvantaged communities of Sheffield. Our aim is to work alongside partners to deliver sustainable social change and to empower people to live their best lives. Our work includes early years education, emergency food relief, adult and community education, community action, youth work and supporting ex-offenders and their families and tackling loneliness and isolation amongst the elderly.
