About Home Start South West Kent

Home Start is a charity that offers support, friendship and practical help to parents with young chilidren, in local communities throughout the UK. We offer a unique service - recruiting and trainiing volunteers who are parents themselves from the local community - to visit families with at least one child under 5 at home to offer informal, friendly and confidential support. We support mothers and fathers to grow in confidence as parents and to widen their links with their local community.
