ICC is a charity dedicated to promoting best practice in feline health and welfare. Our mission is to create a world in which 'all cats, owned and unowned, are treated with care, compassion and understanding'. We do this by 'engaging, educating and empowering people throughout the world to improve the health and welfare of cats by sharing advice, training and passion'.
