About Ilkley Insight Group

ILKLEY INSIGHT Group is a friendship and support group for visually handicapped people in the Ilkley and Addingham area. We meet regularly, providing speakers, entertainment and practical advice. Many of our members, who are in their 80s and 90s live alone and some become socially isolated.So regular contact with friends is vital for their mental health and well being.Three times a year we go out for lunch with the support and companionship of our sighted volunteers.
