We are an organization led by older-adults, dedicated to enhancing the physical and mental well-being of older-people in our community. Our mission is to create a better world for older people. Through a variety of activities and programs, we aim to foster connections, reduce isolation, and promote a strong sense of belonging. We want to create a supportive environment where older people can thrive.
