In July 2019, I will be undertaking 16 days of exploration, community work, adventure and self-discovery in the heart of Nicaragua. I am sure that there will be challenging times ahead for me, in trying to fund raise and prepare for the trip and during the trip itself, but I also know that it could be a life changing experience.
