In May 2015 I will be taking part in the Welsh 3000's challenge for Mind, as part of Team Wales. Mind is a mental health charity who campaign to raise awareness of mental health, and provide vital support and advice to those who need it. Mind save lives! Each year, 1 in 4 of us suffers with a mental health issue. The work of Mind is so important to every one of us!
