About Funds4Uni - Laura Astro - 2019

I'm raising money towards costs associated with attending local, national and international conferences, as part of my PhD, so that I can carbon offset my journeys. I'll do this by taking a more expensive, but more climate-friendly method of transport and use the money raised to pay for the additional costs not covered by my standard funding sources which require the cheapest travel option. For example, I could get a train to Europe, rather than flying. Or I will donate to a carbon offset scheme
