About Operation Wallacea Fiji 2018 - Lauren Andrews

The expedition begins in one of the traditional Natewa villages where a day will be spent learning and experiencing Fijian culture first hand. We will spend five nights in the Natwea national park, completing biological surveys to learn more about the biodiversity of the site while having the opportunity to work with real scientists and making real discoveries. In the second week, we will spend time studying the marine biology, attending lectures and diving practicals to produce a 3D model of the reefs there.
