About Lawn Court Sports Club

Lawn Court Sports Club was founded in 2013. We are a free sports activity service for any adults in Bexhill and Hastings that have a diagnosed mental health illness. We are improving wellbeing through physical exercise, social inclusion, teamwork and friendship making. We fund raise our own money with community ventures. We enter national Mental Health football tournaments, run tennis and swimming sessions and endeavor to facilitate other sporting and wellness activities with your support
