I am a year 11 student attending Allestree Woodlands School and am going on a 2 week expedition to Croatia with Operation Wallacea in July 2018. This is an organisation funded by fundraising that runs a series of biodiversity and conservation management research programmes operating across the world. The local fish,birds,reptiles...ect, will benefit from this expedition as it will help produce research which has in the past, discovered 30 vertebrate species and re-discovered 4 'extinct' species.
