Lily Elstob has been lucky to secure a place on the 24th World Scout Jamboree (WSJ) in West Virginia, USQ in 2019. Scouting & the WSJ is a very inclusive organisation and event, encouraging young people and leaders from all backgrounds and communities to involve themselves in what Scouting can offer. The World Scout Jamboree will unite the worlds young people to promote peace and mutual understanding. It will create a fun, empowering, epic adventure, creating lifelong friendships and memories.
