About Link Up Project

The Link-Up Project is run by a group of parents in Brighton and Hove who have children with a range of Special Educational Needs. Our aims are to provide support for SEN children, young people and their parents. The group is open to any young person in a mainstream school who has a Statement or who is on School Action Plus.
