Lotus Relief Charitable Trust

Lotus’ Trustees believe that all people, regardless of race, religion, beliefs or physical abilities, should have the opportunity of creating a life based on non-discrimination, equal rights to develop themselves and a life without fear and recrimination. Based on these beliefs Lotus has decided to focus its support and assistance on the following four areas: Refugee projects focusing on the education of refugee children and adults, and re-orientation of refugees to life in their own country. Youth projects concerned with the education, accommodation, rehabilitation and general support of young people. Projects involved with children who are disabled, disadvantaged or otherwise in need. Supporting disadvantaged communities, through self help projects, to enable them to improve their lives. A team of friends and family travel to Cambodia every year to build houses for the families in poverty on behalf of Lotus Relief.
