About Make a Move

Make a Move is a charity that helps people make positive changes in their lives and improve their mental health using movement, music, mindfulness and a range of other creative and therapeutic techniques.We work with older people, young adults with learning disabilities, mothers with postnatal depression and children in schools. We also offer a programme for employers to help their employees have a happier and more fulfilling life at work.
