About Mathieson Music School

The Mathieson Music School is a registered charity supporting the poorest of poor children from India. Based outside Kolkata the school provides food, clothing, education and music lessons for 54 children. They are now fundraising to build a new primary school which will allow another 200 children the benefit of an education. The buildings include a new girls dormitary, a chapel and the primary school.
