About SLV Global Sri Lanka 2018- Michael Johnston

Volunteering for SLV Global, I will be coordinating a team of further volunteers in Sri Lanka to help establish positive mental health programmes that will hope to improve quality of life in the developing world. All the volunteers have a keen desire to gain practical skills in psychology, and in environments such as psychiatric facilities and academic schools. The overall aim is to help spread the awareness of mental health and strengthen the way we tackle such problems within their community.
