About Morocco - 2024 - Sophie Burtenshaw

In the summer of 2024, I hope to go (in a group) on an expedition to Morocco, where I will attempt to climb Mount Toubkal - the highest peak in North Africa - alongside a couple of other smaller peaks. I will also immerse myself in the culture of the country, exploring the Berber community and getting involved at an olive plantation or helping to build new resources at a local primary school. I will also use the opportunity to improve my French language skills.
