Can you help me to access our home? I'm Amy-a newly disabled, new mum to our gorgeous little girl. Fundraising to extend & adapt our home so that I can be more independent. I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis 5 years ago. I quickly found that I have very aggressive relapsing remitting MS.
