On Sunday 23rd April 2017 I will be running the London Marathon in order to raise funds for Mind. I currently work for Mind and get to see first hand the support they offer to individuals struggling with mental health. 1 in 4 people suffer with mental health difficulties, and in this society it shouldn't be something to be ashamed or embarrassed by. Mind are helping end the negative stigma surrounding mental health, and are honestly saving lives with the services they offer to support in crisis
