About Newark Community First Aid

At Newark Community First Aid we provide first aid training and first aid cover at local events. Our members are volunteers giving over 21,000 hours of service a year. We operate in Newark and all the villages within a 14-mile radius. We aim to provide quality services accessible and affordable for all. To help us to maintain and develop our services we need regular income to replace equipment as it is used and to purchase new items as required. A defibrillator costs £1,000, the cost of medical gases for a year is £6,000, a new Ambulance costs £60,000 and we need to cover the cost of those everyday bandages and plasters. Your support in helping us raise funds is much appreciated.
