About N.L.R.P.S. - Allchin Fund

The Northampton & Lamport Railway Preservation Society were granted ownership of the only Northampton built W Allchin Roller in the world, back in July 2009, where she was in pieces. All the fund raising has to be done by the Society team to keep her together and in steam, so that she can attend shows. Started in 1995 at Pitsford & Brampton Station, the railway runs for approx 1 1/2 miles and the roller draws people into the railway for events, especially at Christmas and the Santa specials.
